Hi,
I will be posting the menu in the next few weeks for Thanksgiving!!! Yay! So far, I have a few appetizers in mind. I plan to have vegetarian friendly items as well as the classic turkey. I am thinking of brining the bird myself…never tried this, but I’ve seen it done a lot on the cooking channels I am now addicted to lol. Anyways, I have a bit of sampling and tweaking to do, but the final menu will be ready by the end of the month if not sooner.
